An unusual Y-shaped stairway connecting the three levels of the two streets at this intersection, where none of the streets intersect with each other. The bottom of the stairs connects to the lower level of San Marcos Avenue, the right side connects to the lower level of Santa Rita Avenue, and the longer left side connects to the upper level of San Marcos where it becomes Santa Rita.

Built circa 1912, when Forest Hill was developed.
Metal railings were added in 2018.
