- Location: The east side of Prentiss Street north of Powhattan Avenue

Built in late 2007 or early 2008 as part of a project to improve the streets and provide connectivity in the area southeast of Bernal Hill.
This whole block of Prentiss Street was rebuilt at that time, previously it was only a strip of asphalt without any sidewalks or even curbs.
