A miniature version of the grand stairway into Forest Hill directly opposite it across Dewey Boulevard. This one also has steps in a semi-circle at the very bottom, with benches on either side.
Built circa 1912, when the unimaginatively-named Forest Hill Extension subdivision encompassing the blocks between Dewey and Garcia was developed.
