There's a few steps at Rossi Avenue, then a sloped path up to Stanyan.

Even though Lone Mountain Terrace ostensibly provides a connection to Rossi Playground from Lone Mountain, there's no entrance to the playground at the west end anywhere along Rossi Avenue.

Built in the mid-1930s when the surrounding neighborhood was developed on land formerly occupied by the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
