This block of Lone Mountain Terrace was built significantly later than the other two, which were built when the neighborhood was developed in the 1930s. The section of Parker Avenue below Lone Mountain was destroyed by a landside in 1935, and wasn't rebuilt until the 1950s. This block was built after that, in the late 1950s or the 1960s.
