- Location: From Hudson Avenue at Ardath Court to the end of Hawkins Lane.
One of three stairways up to the cul-de-sacs off of Whitney Young Circle, but this is the only one that's closed.
It was built in the 1980s when the top of Hunters Point Ridge was redeveloped, replacing the previous World War II-era public housing.
