Definitely the worst stairway in Bernal Heights. They're dirty and noisy, right next to the Highway 101/Cesar Chavez/Bayshore/Potrero interchange informally known as the Hairball. The bottom of the stairs used to be right at the end of Bayshore Boulevard, until the the Hairball was built early 1970s.
