A few steps at the end of the retaining wall along Brewster and Martin Streets that also contains Wolfe Lane Community Garden. At the top are the stairs up to Rutledge & Brewster and also Miller Dogpatch Memorial Garden.

Built in circa 1996, when the adjacent block of Brewster Street was first paved and many of the stairways on the eastern slope of Bernal Heights were built or replaced.
