Connection between the ends of two dead-end streets.

Both Bowman Court and Rebecca Lane were built in the early 1990s. The two streets surround the original end of Galvez Avenue, which used to continue through to Keith Street. Galvez Avenue and all of the homes along it were removed in the 1970s as part of the redevelopment of India Basin.
