A very strange public right-of-way, it's only passable along a steep, narrow concrete channel that appears to be intended more for drainage than as a pedestrian pathway.

On paper, Gatun Alley is two blocks long and continues up to Bella Vista Drive. The northern block is fenced off at both ends and is unaccessible.
